Passion 2023 is a gathering for the collegiate generation and is open to anyone who is 18-25 years old. High school seniors may attend even if they are not 18 years old. Adult ministry leaders are encouraged to attend with the students they lead.
Yes. High school seniors are welcome to attend Passion 2023, even if they are not yet 18. High school freshmen, sophomores, and juniors are asked not to attend Passion 2023 until they are 18 years old or seniors in high school.
If you are the leader of a group of students attending Passion 2023, you may purchase a ticket to attend Passion 2023. If you are not a leader, you are invited to apply to serve as a Door Holder. You can learn more about being a Door Holder here.
While families are extremely important to us, we are unable to accommodate children at Passion 2023. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend or serve at Passion 2023.
Typically a boxed lunch is served for lunch on Day 2 of a Passion gathering. Due to a wide range of food allergies and dietary restrictions, we are unable to accommodate special requests regarding lunch. However, once lunch has been served to attendees, limited venue concessions will be available, offering special dietary options for purchase.
Information regarding a possible livestream/web stream opportunity will be available on our website in the weeks leading up to the gathering if we are able to offer one this year.

Professional cameras (DSLR or with a detachable lens), flash photography, or video or audio recordings are not allowed during Main Sessions and Breakouts as we desire that everyone be free from distraction to experience Passion 2023.
The current price for Passion 2023 is $149. Please note that the price is the same for high school seniors, 18-25 year-olds, and their leaders. Door Holders do not have to purchase a ticket but are responsible for all additional travel expenses and most meals.
Yes. Passion will have negotiated discounted rates with various hotels near each venue. Hotel blocks will be available on our website soon. Attendees are responsible for making their own lodging arrangements.
All attendees are responsible for finding alternative lodging, if you choose to stay outside of one of the offered hotels.
All attendees are responsible for securing their own travel accommodations. Passion is unable to assist in the travel to and from the venue.
All attendees are responsible for finding their own daily transportation to and from the venue. Passion is unable to assist with attendee transportation.
The ticket includes the cost of participating in all Main Sessions of Passion 2023, materials needed for the gathering, and a boxed lunch on Day 2.

If you are buying 10 or more tickets, you have the option to pay by check. Checks should be made payable to Passion Conferences and sent to 515 Garson Dr NE Atlanta, GA 30324. Please include your confirmation number in the memo line. Passion Conferences must receive your check payment within 10 business days of your completed online registration to avoid cancellation of your order. Please note that you will not receive your tickets until your payment has been received.
All tickets purchased after December 1, 2022 must be paid for with a credit or debit card.
You will receive an order confirmation email from TicketSpice immediately, which includes your Passion 2023 ticket. Please note that you must present your printed ticket for entry to Passion 2023.
When you purchase your Passion 2023 ticket, a TicketSpice account will automatically be created for you. To claim your account, click here and click on the ‘Claim Your Account’ button. You will be asked to enter your email address and you will receive an email to verify your account and create your password.
Tickets purchased for Passion 2023 are non-refundable. Tickets are transferrable to another individual at any time.
While Passion 2023 tickets are nonrefundable, they are transferrable to another individual for Passion 2023. If you want to gift your tickets to another individual: Go to your order confirmation and scroll to the ticket you would like to transfer. Click “View Ticket” and then click “Text My Ticket” in the top left corner. From there you will be able to text the ticket link to the recipient.
If you want to sell your ticket to another individual: Go here to access your TicketSpice Account. Click “Tickets” and then “Transfer.” From there you will follow the steps to initiate a Transfer. The person receiving the transferred tickets will receive an email initiating the transfer and will complete the transfer by entering their payment information for the tickets. Once that transaction is complete, the tickets will be refunded to the original purchaser’s account.
If you initiate a transfer, the recipient will have 7 days to accept the transfer and pay for the ticket. If the recipient does not accept the transfer and pay for the ticket, the ticket will automatically be restored to the original owners account.
Tickets purchased for Passion 2023 are only valid for Passion 2023. They are unable to be used for future Passion Conferences gatherings.
No. All additional tickets for your group will need to be registered in a separate order at the current ticket price.
No. All additional ticket orders must be purchased at the current ticket price. Orders of the same price and orders of different ticket prices cannot be merged. All seating is general admission, so this will not prevent your group from finding seats together.
Information about possible scholarships will be available in the fall as we get closer to gathering together. Please check back on our website later in the year.
There are no group rates for Passion 2023 as we strive to offer the lowest possible price for all attendees.
No. All tickets are general admission and cover admission to all main sessions of Passion 2023. Tickets for individual sessions are not available.
All groups eligible for group seating will be contacted approximately one month before the event and all other seating is general admission. Groups who are offered group seating may accept or decline, and available seating will continue to be offered until full.
We do not offer a payment plan for Passion 2023 tickets.
However, one option we have found that may be useful to you is a third-party app called Klarna that allows you to enter your card information up front and will bill you every two weeks until the amount is paid in full. We use the term “Door Holder” instead of the word “volunteer.” The term is borrowed from Psalm 84:10, which speaks of being a door keeper in the house of God. Door Holders at Passion 2023 are individuals who have experienced God’s glory and now want to hold the doors to allow others to enter in. This is the heart and attitude we want our Door Holders to assume – one of service in preparing the way for others to have a powerful experience with Jesus. Door Holder is a term that encompasses all who serve at Passion gatherings. All volunteers are considered Door Holders, not just those on our Touch team who hold physical doors.
You may apply to be a Door Holder if you are over the age of 25. For the gathering to be possible, we need Door Holders who are willing to serve throughout the entire gathering in various roles. You can learn more about being a Door Holder here.
We want students to be able to fully experience the gathering. Door Holders work hard behind the scenes throughout the entire gathering, serving the students who are participating; therefore, we ask all students to attend Passion 2023.
The first step to becoming a Door Holder at Passion 2023 is to complete the application. The Passion 2023 Door Holder application is available here!
You will not need to purchase a ticket to serve at Passion 2023, but Door Holders are responsible for their own travel expenses and meals, with the exception of lunch on Day 2, which will be provided for attendees and Door Holders.
Your schedule for Passion 2023 will depend on your specific team assignment, which will be communicated by your Team Lead. However, you should be prepared to be available to serve through the entire gathering.
You will need to arrive in time for a mandatory Door Holder meeting which will take place first thing in the morning on Day 1.
Door Holders will serve through load-out following the last session on Day 3. Your Team Leads will release you once your load-out responsibilities are completed.
We realize that emergencies sometimes arise and alter your availability to serve. If you apply and later find out that you cannot serve, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can fill your position. Teams experience significant challenges if notice is not given, so the earlier you can let us know, the better.
Passion 2023 is designed for college students, high school seniors, and their leaders. If you are a college pastor, you and your students will benefit most from you participating in the gathering with them.
Serving at Passion 2023 does not allow for much participation in the gathering itself. Please come willing to serve and fully aware that there may not be time to attend the gathering.
We encourage Door Holders to stay near the venue due to the full schedule of Passion 2023. To assist with this we negotiate discounted hotel rates for Passion Door Holders. These hotel options will be listed in the email you receive once your Door Holder application has been processed. You are also welcome to book in any of the hotel options listed on our hotels page. We strongly advise that you wait to make any non-refundable travel plans until you receive your team assignment.
All Door Holders are responsible for their own transportation to and from the venue.

When the gathering ends, our teams begin breaking down the different environments. We ask that all Door Holders be available until released after the last session to assist with load-out.
We primarily use Door Holders from our church for these positions and encourage you to apply to serve on another Door Holder team. However, if you have specific experience in these areas, please feel free to note your experience on your Door Holder application.
